Mold Inspection: $300 This will be basic with a home inspection, just visual. I may recommend a professional. I inspect the following:
follow the IAC2 Mold Inspection Standards of Practice;
find indications of visible mold growth;
perform a visual examination of a home to find mold only;
explain conditions conducive to mold growth; and
explain health effects;
recognize remediation efforts; and
methods to help prevent mold growth.

Tree Inspection: $150 As a home inspector, you should always defer to a specialist when it comes to anything outside the scope of your knowledge or expertise. In the case of trees, that specialist would be a certified arborist. I will help before taking that path though to save you money.
